Membership Rules, Payments & Platform Use

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines to open an account on vipjili. By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and complete. Each person may hold only one active account — duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. vipjili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in order to confirm eligibility.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and PHP Transactions

All financial transactions on the platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱ / PHP) through approved local payment channels. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant channel. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to promotional credits. Funds deposited into your account may not be transferred to another member's account. vipjili does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. 3. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use vipjili for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated software or bots to interact with the platform; collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage; exploitation of software errors or platform vulnerabilities; and any form of fraudulent payment activity. vipjili monitors account activity for irregular patterns and may suspend or permanently close any account found in breach of these rules. Decisions regarding account suspension are made at the sole discretion of vipjili and are final.

4. Rewards, Promotions and High Roller Benefits

Promotional offers, cashback credits, and Rewards programme benefits are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of each promotion. Promotional credits carry wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. vipjili may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. High Roller tier benefits apply to accounts that meet the qualifying activity thresholds; tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis and may change if activity falls below the qualifying level. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from those offers.

5. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

vipjili is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help members manage their wagering activity. You may request permanent account closure at any time; any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded through your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. vipjili will not reopen a self-excluded account during the self-exclusion period.

6. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
